Portfolio Purpose, Content, and Format
The goals for the portfolio assignment within the Introduction to Leadership Studies minor are to better understand the leadership concepts included in each class, to become self-aware of “you in relation” to leadership, intentionally observe leadership in action, and reflect on and synthesize all that you have learned. In addition to learning about yourself (i.e., your preferences/traits/views/ interests/current abilities/style, and your comfortable place within a team) and leadership concepts in action, you will also begin to apply this knowledge to your leadership experiences, identify deficits/opportunities for growth, and plan for developing your leadership abilities while in college and beyond.
A singular complete copy of all completed assignments should be submitted on the Leadership Studies Minor Blackboard site and to the instructor at the end of each course. Format your portfolio as single word document that that is organized in the following manner:
