The goal of education is to nurture responsible and sensitive citizens. The ultimate goal is to see that children irrespective of cast, Creed, religion, gender and socio-economic status reap the sealifts of a first class deduction our mission is to produce.

On the last of the each month there is held a meeting of all the teaching staff under the supervision of the head. It has been taken many tasks viz; microteaching would be in groups of twenty students and pre lesson plan will be continue the time of the perfection of the student.

2.2 How does the institution promote interactive teaching-learning? Institution promotes interactive teaching learning to the student. All the students have been given the printed material so that the student can do better students are engaged in active learning in the form of many activities. These are

Library: The period for library is allotted in time table in this period students use library.

Internet: There is a facility of Internet in computer room, where students can use it to prepare class seminar, assignments and notes.

All students are assigned topics for class seminar and home assignments.

Practice Teaching:

All students develop their skill through micro teaching as well as macro teaching in both the school subjects.

The teacher provides theoretical as well as practical knowledge to the student teachers by giving different examples. The student teachers are given training with micro teaching as well as macro teaching to make it more communication and effective. The teachers give feedback to the students’ lesson diaries to help them to understand the art of teaching.

Besides it the college organizes many other activities like seminar for Paper presentation and discussions are hold in the class and debate. It is learnt to the trainees to present their lesson through overhead projector and DLP. All these activities are helpful to provide experiences to the students that make teaching reflective.

During the practice of micro teaching the skill presented by teachers and student is recorded to watch again.

Yes ICT is used to get new ideas from other institutions and the universities. The institution has developed relations with other colleges of education. Experts due incited to tender advice on curriculum development. The institution campus is networked with LAN and high speed internet facility is provided through Wi-Fi. Latest information regarding curriculum. Activities curried out in other institutions etc. are obtained from internet and used in our routine teaching learning process.

School Internship is an important component of teacher training programme. There is provision of Four weeks school internship in first Year.

Preparation of charts, models, beautification and shramdan, community participation cultural and literary activities and games are done under work experience and SUPW work.
