Junita has over 20 years of experience in fund management industry.

She started her career with Permodalan Nasional Berhad, Malaysia’s premier investment institution where she spent almost 10 years as fund manager overseeing the portfolio of international equities.

She later had the privilege working for Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam, the country’s largest bank. As Chief Investment Officer, she was responsible to develop and oversees the investment process, recruitment and selection of staff, selection and oversight of fund managers and product structuring.

In 2011, she took the role as Executive Director for a newly set up Islamic fund house and involved mainly in growing the Asset under Management. Prior to setting up OUD Asset, Junita was heading the Islamic institutional business for Malaysia and Brunei.

Nasir has over 22 years of experience in financial industry with wide exposures in mutual funds, asset management, and venture capital fund companies.

He spent almost 8 years at MIDF-Aberdeen Asset Management, developing into Aberdeen’s fundamental styles in managing institutional clients. He later joined development bank as Head of equities and sat in an investment committee of a venture fund. He was also appointed as director in a SME Growth Acceleration Fund, a venture fund with RM200 million committed capital.

Upon leaving the development bank, Nasir joined RHB Islamic International Asset Management, managing Shariah compliant mandates and mutual funds. He developed into a Malaysian equity specialist stressing fundamental approach and high conviction investment style. The mutual fund he managed was ranked no 3 for Equity Malaysia Islamic by Lipper Asia Limited in 2013 and 2015. He was also one of the top performing managers before his moving to OUD.

2. Financial Screening: Screening based on selected financial factors that we believe are important to determine the company’s ability to deliver performance.
