Skip HTTS links: this option will skip HTTS links which helps to avoid the links with invalid SSL certificates.

When a link has an invalid SSL certificate I usually would get a pop-up on my computer from you antivirus software which causes an annoyance. To prevent this from happening for you we have included this option in the settings.

Feel free to uncheck it if you want to search through HTTPS links.

Search 6 months and older videos: when this setting is left checked, the software will only search videos that are at least 6 months old.

We've included this to help speed up results and not allow software to search videos that are younger than 6 months because the likelihood is higher that those videos would still have a live “working” link inside the video.

Domain checker allows you to select from the following domain services: BustaName, 1and1 and NameCheap

For now this is the best way to use 1and1 due to a new pop-up on their site.

All you have to do is make sure the box is checked and when you click on “Check Domain” in the YouTube video results window, a new browser will load with the domain service check you've selected.

The Domain that you were looking at will then be Copied into your clipboard.

This makes it easy for you to simply Paste into the domain registrar so you can be sure you have the correct spelling when you order the domain.

Skip following domains – this section will allow you to add or remove from the list of domains to skip.

We've created this section to help prevent VTG from reporting any broken links that may still be on working domains.

Start Search by entering a keyword or a niche related term that you want to get traffic from.

After you perform a search and your results have generated, you can choose to Export Results in a CSV file or you can click the down arrow button to change to export your results in Text file format.

Below the Export Results button you will find the “Open in YouTube” button where you can view the video in YouTube.

Within that same window will be more data about the video including Creation Date, Views, Likes, Dislikes, Favorites as well as its Broken Link.

The Check Domain feature allows you to check if the domain is available. It will use the service you have selected in the Settings section.

The default checker is Bust A Name because of its ability to load fast and give you quick results.

WhoIs Checker was designed to give you more information about the broken link found with VTG.

If there's a broken link reported but it's not available to register then you can use the WhoIs button to see who has it and when it will be expiring.

Since is has been reported as a Broken Link inside of VTG, there's a good chance the owner is not aware of it and may let it expire. So with WhoIs checker you can be well prepared for when it expires so you can be first in line to pick it up!

The Whale Finder feature is a very powerful tool that will allow you to see every video that is associated with that domain with one push of a button!

You can often find multiple videos, multiple channels and even authority channels that all use the same domain.

With the Whale Finder you can find the additional properties that are sending traffic to that domain so you'll have a better understanding of its potential before registering your new domain.

We added the Backlinks Tab to make it simple for you to get fast and powerful high PR backlinks from quality websites inside of Video Traffic Genie. You can get promotions from Real Users on 20+ social networks on some of the most important sites.

Search Targeted Phrases: include “review”, “buy”, etc. when searching for Product Name Keywords

Search Niche Keywords: This could be “how to get abs”, “dating [insert dating niche] women/guys”, “weight loss supplements”, etc.

Get creative - There are countless possibilities!

Please Note: After 8 months and 17+ versions we've created a power search feature with many filters to give you the best results. But understand that the Broken Links results are not all going to include domains that are available to purchase right away (which is why we created the WhoIs checker).

100% of the links in your broken links results may not be ready to purchase but the VTG software will still work hard to find you plenty of domains that you can pick up and get traffic from immediately!
