Hazard: Animals and Insects
What could cause harm? The filming takes place at Alice’s house however she does have animals and
when we are filming they may get in the way especially the cats.
What is the likelihood of this happening? The likelihood that this will happen is slim because whilst
we are filing we could put them inside so they are not in the way.
How much harm? There would no harm it would just ruin the filming
(4) Control. I am controlling he situation by putting the animals inside.
Hazard: Confined space
What could cause harm? The shed is small and therefore not many people will be aloud in that at
once and because the shed does have things inside it, I will need to make sure that the actresses and
me and safe whilst we are filming.
What is the likelihood of this happening? The likelihood that we would get hurt is slim because we
all just need to make sure that we are be sensible whilst we are in there.
How much harm? There is no harm because there is nothing that could hurt us but there are things
that may break
(4) Control. I am controlling the situation because I will tell them that before we film when we use
the shed we need to make sure that we are sensible and that we work hard so that nothing gets
damaged.
Hazard: Roads
What could cause harm? The harm could be that when the teenage girl crosses the road and doesn’t
pay attention then she could get run over
What is the likelihood of this happening? The likelihood of this happening is slim because we are all
very sensible and old enough to know how to cross around safely
How much harm? The most harm would be that they could get run over
Hazard: Slipping, tripping and falling
What could cause harm? If the performer is wearing shoes that require laces and they come un
done and then they could end up falling over and hurting themselves.
What is the likelihood of this happening? The likelihood oft this happening is very slim because I
don’t think that this will happen, as most of the actress’s shoes do not require laces,
How much harm? The harm would be that they sprain their ankles.
(4) control: The control would be that I make sure there shoe laces are done up tightly before we
start and that there is nothing on the fall that could potentially make them fall over.
Hazard: weather
What could cause harm? I need to make sure that the weather is not raining because I need to film
outside.
What is the likelihood of this happening? The likelihood of this happening is slim because at the
moment it is just really cold, so I don’t think it will rain.
How much harm? There would be no harm apart from getting wet and cold.
