Responsible for all QC, content processing, distribution and localization of all

programs.This includes

delivering to vendors, web pages, VOD with its xml metadata file,also responsible for all content

for

TVEverywhere, along with its metadata. QC involves all promos, commercials, programs and

also live

events for all networks:A&E, Lifetime, History Channel and E! Entertainment.

Localization is changing English graphics to Spanish and Portuguese graphics (about 1900

hours per year).

ONAIR performance in Q1 2014 is at 99.999% with 10.2 minutes of failure compared to 3.5

hours in Q1 2013.

Responsible for 51 employees.

Localization Department had a 25% rejection rate and since I took over on

May 1st

2014, it has gone down to 7.3% as of July 31st.

Went from 6.1 hours of ON AIR failures in

2013 to 22 minutes as of July 2014.

Process over 50,000 promos, over 3000 new hours of programming, over 7000

commercials, 260 live

events, over 2,500 hours OTT/SVOD a year among E!, History, A&E, H2 and Lifetime

Restructured and optimized all network connections for QC department (over 120

connections)

Integrated a 25 Mbps MPLS circuit for 4 Latin American offices so they can do promo work

by accessing our MAM, and

delivering the finished promo directly into our Unity system.

Reduced by 68% the number of technical failures in 8 months.

Took the initiative to work with the Post Production Department to design a workflow for

shows and promos, reducing

the processing time from 6 hours to 3 hours per show.

Self-taught how to troubleshoot all our systems so the time it requires to fix issues is

greatly reduced, as waiting for an on

field tech specialist is not required.
