Senior recruiters have 5 plus years of experience as recruiters with solid understanding of recruiting process and minimum 2 years of experience as technical recruiters. They possess good written and oral communication skills with the ability of detect the right talent. The roles and responsibilities are: C ollaborate with the delivery lead to plan and implement effective r ecruiting strategies for clients. U nderstand the client company, the market they are in, the products they produce, the strategic direction o f the company, and the s pecifics surrounding the role we are working to fill. S e rve as a n ambassador of our firm w hen re aching out to candidates; cold calling candidates for positions and acting p rofessionally in representing the firm. On-boarding Team
The On-boarding takes care of on-boarding process of a candidate. The roles and responsibilities: Coordinate with candidate for on-boarding process. Educate candidate about on-boarding process and r equired documents. Collect required documents and information from candidate and conduct the screening (background check and drug test). Follow up with our screening partners regarding the background and drug reports. P resent all required documents and screening reports of candidates to client's compliance team.
Payroll Team
Payroll team takes care of payroll of on-boarded candidates.The roles and responsibilities: Keep track of the “Time Sheets” of on-boarded candidates. Remind candidates to make sure they enter their accurate time sheets and get it approved by their reporting managers in time. Coordinate with the account manager regarding any issue related to time sheets of the candidates. Coordinate with the CPA on a weekly basis to process the payroll and paystubs of the candidates. Email the paystubs to the candidates on weekly basis.

A dedicated team comprising of Delivery Lead(s), Sr. Recruiters and junior recruiters will deploy to support and fulfill the client needs exclusively. The
Account Manager has direct access to various other support teams which are sales and business development, compliance and employee relations
and finance team.
On contract sign-off, VERVE assigns / names a dedicated Account Manager to represent and manage the entire Client Account.
VERVE initiates and arranges for kick-off and a team introduction session between Client's program managers and point of contacts with the respective VERVE delivery team members. Program goals and initiative
are discussed in detail to help better understand the Client Contingent Workforce program and needs.
The Account Manager then initiates the mapping of all Client on-boarding requirements. This creates the entire backbone of the Client
specific process in compliance with Client's needs. He along with the compliance team coordinates with the Client representatives to map all the
on-boarding needs such as on boarding documentation, drug testing, background checks and verification, compensation requirements etc.
