Accessing LMS
Step 1:
Select the URL below to access
https://lms.asknlearn.com/
Step 2:
Select the option – Login as Parents
*Note – The login will change to
Parent Login

Step 3:
Login using your Child’s User ID
Your Child’s User ID will be their NRIC or
Birth Cert No.
Example:
For Singaporeans or PR
T0000001A or S0000001A
For Foreign Students
G0000001A
Step 4:
Password will be your Parent Password.
First time logging in,
Default password will be – parents**Note: Letters in lower case
One-time Registration
Parents logging in for the first time, upon successful login will be
directed to the one-time registration page.
Please complete the form
and Submit.
After submission, user will
see the successful
registration page.
User is required to re-login
with the new password.
Select Login to re-login
using your new password.
Parent Announcements
Announcement
Parents are able to access announcements sent to the Parent
account from the Home Page.
Announcements are listed out in chronological order.

Announcements can include texts, images and attachments.
After reading the announcement, Parents are required to
acknowledge by clicking on the “I have read this notification”
button.
Child’s Announcements
Announcement
Parents are able to view announcements sent to their child’s
account.
Click on the Child Announcement tab to access.
After reading the announcement, Parents are required to
acknowledge by clicking on the “I have read this notification”
button.

Child’s announcements can also contain texts, images or
attachments.
Child’s Ongoing TasksParents can track their child’s homework, attendance and activities
via the E-Reports.
E-Reports
Ongoing Tasks allows Parents to keep tab on
assignments, lessons, quizzes assigned to their
child. The calendar view gives a simple overview.
Child’s Completed TasksAfter students have completed their homework, Parents are able to
view a list of the completed tasks.

Child’s Logon ReportParents are able to view their Child’s logon count and also logon
duration via the Child Logon Report.

Child’s Tracking ReportChild’s activities tracking on LMS can be viewed via the
Child Tracking Report.

Child’s Attendance ReportParents can view a record of their child’s attendance in school for
CCA, remedial lessons, excursions etc. This can be viewed via the
Child Attendance Report.

Legends for Parents

Parents can view a list of events in the school via a simple calendar
view. The calendar can be viewed via the School Events Calendar.

Parents can view their child’s Progress Reports, CCA Reports,
Examination Reports via the E-Results page.
Parents can choose to view the various reports from the
drop down list.
Administrative Tools
Administrative Tools
Schools will organize several activities each year that will require
parents’ involvement. Schools will utilize the administrative tools to
engage parents actively.
To locate the tools, select Tools from the top menu.

Schools will have several external resources or links for both parents
and students to access.
To locate the links, select Links from the top menu.

This is the Home view
The app does not log out thus users need not login to access.

Reading Announcements
Navigating the app
Schools will send announcements to Parents via the Mobile
App to inform Parents of school matters.
When an Announcement is received.
The badge will indicate the number of
unread announcement.
Push Notifications* will also be sent to
notify Parents.
*Push Notifications must be enabled on phone notification settings.

After selecting Announcement, you will see a list of
announcement(s).
This icon indicates that this announcement has an attachment.
The announcement body will mention the details.
Click on the icon to open the attachment.

After selecting the , you will see a list of attachment(s).
You will need to download the attachments before viewing
them. After reading the attachments select to return
to the announcement.

announcement.
All announcements will require parents to acknowledge.
To acknowledge the announcement, scroll to the bottom of the message and select the acknowledgement button.

parents to provide consent and confirm with an E-Signature.

Parents will be able to read the attached consent form and any additional messages from the school.
To provide the consent.Check on the radio button accordingly.
Next, the e-Signature is required. Click on the Sign button.

The Signature Signing Pad will appear.
Parents need only sign within the signing pad.
Once the signing is confirm, click on the Save button to confirm.

Next, Parents or Guardian need to indicate their name and click on Submit to confirm.

A pop-up message will appear to inform Parents or Guardian that this is a one time submission.
Click OK to continue.
Once done, the submission will be confirmed.
Child’s AttendanceEvery school day, the teachers will mark your child’s
attendance. You can view the records un Attendance Report.

Child’s e-HomeworkHomework assigned to students via the Learning Management
System (LMS) can be viewed under Ongoing Task.

ToolsFrom time to time, schools will inform
parents to access the Parent Portal to
complete certain activities.
Some of the common tools are:

b. eStreaming
c. Travel Declaration
d. Suggestion Space etc.
*Note: Separate guides will be sent out by schools for the different tools where applicable.
