FRANDSEN LIGHTING WAS FOUNDED IN 1964 AND IS A FAMILY OWNED LIGHTING SPECIALIST. IT IS THE PRIME COMPANY IN FRANDSEN GROUP.

FRANDSEN PROJECT WAS FOUNDED IN 1986 AS A SPECIAL DIVISIONFOR PRODUCING CUSTOM MADE SOLUTIONS PRIMERELY FOR HOSPITALITY, BARS, RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS.

VERPAN WAS FOUNDED IN 2003 AS A SUBSIDARY TO FRANDSEN LIGHTING. IT’S SOLE PURPOSE IS TO PRODUCE AND DISTRIBUTE ORIGINAL VERNER PANTON DESIGNS.

IN CLOSE COLLABORATION WITH THE PANTON ESTATE - ESPECIALLE WIDOW MARIANNE PANTON - VERPAN HAS ACQUIRED THE PRODUCTION AND SALES RIGHTS TO A SIGNIFICANT PART OF VERNER PANTONS DESIGN LEGACY. IN 2003 PRODUCTION OF LIGHTING WAS INITIATED AND IN 2011 A FURNITURE RANGE WAS ADDED. A CONTINUOUS PROCESS OF PICKING AND CHOOSING NEW PRODUCTS IN THE WAST TREASURE CHEST OF PANTON WORK WILL BRING MANY MORE ITEMS TO LIFE YET AGAIN. ALL OF THE VERPAN PRODUCTS STAND OUT AS SOME OF THE MOST ELEGANT AND MEMORABLE OF VERNER PANTONS DESIGNS.
