Certified Organic Black Bean Burgers| Gluten-free. Vegan. Nut-free |

Garlic, rosemary and Teeny Tiny Spice’s British Curry are the driving flavors in this variety. Though organic black turtle

beans are the main ingredient, the sweetness of our sauteéd onions and freshly-dug carrots round out the flavor.

As with all of our products, these burgers are born on a countertop heaped high with vegetables, herbs, and grains

sourced from our farmer friends throughout the region.

Sweet Harvest Burgers | Gluten-free. Vegan. Nut-free |

We oven-roast Burnt Rock Farm’s sweet potatoes and combine them with a medley of local, organic vegetables.

After smoking chipotle peppers from Kingsbury Market Garden we create our own maple-chipotlé BBQ sauce.

Garlic scapes are the flower of the garlic plant. Each spring these delicious green shoots are harvested and processed for

their mild garlic flavor.

This is a recipe we developed initially for the public school system. As such, it's a falafel intended to be baked, rather than fried making it a more nutritious shade of delicious.

Packed with authentic, Middle Eastern flavors this recipe holds true to its roots. We hold true to our own by incorporating unconventional ingredients that allow us use more local

and organic elements.

Organic Pellas de Fagioli “Pasta Balls”| Gluten-free. Vegan. Nut-free |

They’re not quite my Great-Grandma Constantino’s but I’ve not had a vegan alternative that left me as satisfied as these.

Using the same recipe as our black bean burgers we give these pellas a new shape and therefore purpose.

I mash them up with garlic marinara to make calzone filling, use ‘em like a meatball on pasta and have been known to throw them in a fresh baguette for a sub that’s sooo good.

Humm-ish is our version of the more commonly known, chickpea-based hummus. Since chickpeas don’t grow well in our neck of the woods we took some time to develop a bean

spread using regionally grown beans.

This localized take on an age-old recipe lends the same savoriness and texture to all the cuisines hummus is at home in. Seasonal varities available, please inquire when ordering.

Our kraut involves a simple twist to a timeless recipe. This lacto-fermentation comes to you as a live culture comprised

of organic Vermont-grown cabbage shredded and massaged with sea salt and a locally-blended organic curry.

Use our kraut like you would any; piled on a brat or heaped on a tempeh rubin.

Here’s our take on this Latin American staple. Our refritos displace lard with locally grown and pressed sunflower oil,

and get a bit of acidity from organic apple cider vinegar from D. Miller Orchards in Southeastern Vermont.

These ingredients join organic toasted cumin seeds and sea salt to bring our organic pinto beans to the next level

Cocoa Bean Cookies| Gluten-free. Vegan. Nut-free |

These cookies have been tested and approved with gusto in schools around VT. We use high-quality semi sweet

chocolate chips and a rich non-gmo cocoa powder to partner up with black beans for this fudgy, healthful take on

an otherwise decadent treat.

For foodservice and schools we portion out 1oz cookies onto parchment paper and freeze them. Simply role paper onto a

sheet tray for freshly baked cookies as needed.
