However, you over charged me an additional amount of $36 for extreme gaming and fios backup I did not order. Please reimburse me for that amount by this week for the inconvenience. I am not satisfied with the charges and overdrawn of my account that I discovered On December 9, 2011. My plan was estimated to be charge of $65.00 for every month and Verizon is charging me and additional of $36 for extreme gaming and fios backup. To resolve this problem, I advise you to send me an explanation of all the default charges I contacted customer service at Verizon Company, and was told that to call back in 5-7 business days. On January 6, 2012, I called Customer Service to check on the status of my refund, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because Verizon does not protect its customers from dishonest employees. Therefore, I would like a written statement explaining Verizon’s position and what the company will do about my complaint.
