Urban Water Management Compliance CLWA, as the Grantee Agency and Applicant, and NCWD are both urban water suppliers; the SCVSD is not. CLWA is not required to re-submit its UWMP Compliance information per the Final 2015 IRWM Implementation Grant Proposal Solicitation Package (pg. 14) as this information was submitted with the 2014 Drought Grant. However, the compliance documentation for NCWD is attached hereto and includes documentation from DWR verifying that the 2010 Urban Water Management Plan addresses the CWC requirements, self-certification of compliance with the AB1420, and self-certification of compliance with water metering requirements.
