Benefits of temporary placement:

• SAFE: a form of employment that is regulated by the Hungarian Labour Code.• CONTROL: the daily work of the employee is controlled by the borrower.

As a result, the company may feel as if the employee were their own.• REDUCED ADMINISTRATION: the lender removes the burden of administration

from the borrower, concludes the employment contract, carries out the payroll processing, and pays the wages, taxes and social contributions.

• SIMPLIFIED INVOICING: the placement fee includes the entire wage cost and the service fee of the lender. The employee does not appear on the payroll of the borrowing company.

• HELP IN HEADCOUNT PLANNING: terminating the placement is easier than ordinary employer dismissal.
