Ventana Capital’s projects include Lagae Ranch in Douglas County and Red Rocks Centre in Morrison. Of the properties under Ventana Capital management, Penley Ranch, located north of Highway 67 in Douglas County, is the largest and spans 1,215 acres. Painted Prairie is the second largest site at 640 acres and is situated just outside of the Denver International Airport and Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge.
