Shipment starts showing up on Pending Label grid• AMZCC labels can be printed either using the ‘Save As Draft’ button in slide 6 or ‘Print’ link in earlier slide 9
or Can also be done from Shipments landing page using the ‘Print labels’ button
• Please note that if your PO has more than 100 items then you would be taken through the Excel download / upload process. AMZNCC labels can be printed that way as well in same manner.

• To Reprint the labels, Go to Vendor Central --> click on "Shipment" --> View shipment created in the last 90 days --> search with PO # (without spaces) in "Shipments pending ASN submission" or "Completed Shipments", Click on the 'Shipment ID (ARN)‘ --> Click on “Print/ Reprint”
• The easiest way to print the downloaded ZPL 4x6 file is to download and install 'Zebra Utility Services' from www.zebra.com and establish connection with your particular Zebra 203 dpi printer model type. Once done, you can click 'Open Communication With Printer' button and send our ZPL file directly for printing
• Please do NOT edit the ZPL file prior to printing

If multiple units of a single item are being shipped in multiple containers, please select ‘Multiple cartons’ in the drop down > Click on Edit > Fill the items and click on Save

Sum of all the items entered should not exceed the total to be shipped

If your shipment contains 100+ unique ASINs, you must provide your Shipment details via Spreadsheet
Once you have entered your Shipment details and you will be prompted to download the Excel spreadsheet

Zero out the items if you are not shipping in that particular AMZNCC carton

If perishable, enter Expiry Date mm/dd/yyyy format and LOT number (if applicable)
After making the necessary changes, save in .xml format (not .xls) and after uploading, click on Complete shipment

Points to remember for successful uploading of XML spreadsheet
• Only Green cells in the excel must be modified. Other cells should not be edited
• Do NOT delete any rows. In your spread sheet, the # of rows is the product of # of cartons and # of items (ASIN)
• Make sure that you are uploading the XML spreadsheet against the same Shipment ID in the 'View shipments pending excel spreadsheet upload' page as already mentioned within the Yellow cells of the spreadsheet
• There should be at least one non-zero quantity row corresponding to every AMZNCC, i.e., not all rows can be zeroed out
• Remove filters (if used) in excel for successful upload of the XML file
