The “Task Management System” creates a

Vehicle Safety Check Report “Task”



This “task” gives the driver specific instructions as how to perform

a safety check on their vehicle.



This “Task” is then emailed to every driver on a regular basis And a “delivery log” is created



A driver checks his or her vehicle and the fact is recorded on the system



This creates an entry in the driver’s log



And becomes part of the “Risk Audit trail”



Management also receive a copy of the results



This enables you to “tick” another step in yourHealth and Safety

duty of care responsibilities.
