Vegetarian Sheekh Kebab Recipe
Ingredients• Finely Chopped Carrots: ½ cup• Finely Chopped Cabbage: ½ cup• Finely Chopped French Beans: ½ cup• Frozen Peas: ½ cup• Boiled and Grated Potato: 1• Roasted and Ground Chickpeas: 3 tbsp• Cashewnut Powder: 3 tbsp• Black Pepper Powder: ½ tsp• Garam Masala: ½ tsp• Bread Crumbs: 4tbsp• Shahi Jeera (or cumin seeds): 1 tsp• Grated Ginger: 1 tbsp• Chopped Green Chillies: 3• Vegetable Oil: 3 tbsp
Chop all the vegetables
Heat oil and fry cumin seeds
Add ginger and green chillies
Add chopped vegetables and salt
Cook till they are limp
Add everything except the oil to the vegetables
Make a pliable dough
Put the dough around the skewers
Cook the kebabs in a little oil
Turn them over when they are brown
Sheekh Kebabs are ready to serve
