Venues

The building and the room for the workshop are provided by Insubria University and are located in the main room at Carlo Cattaneo College (1 in the map A). Coffee Breaks will be held in an adjacent room of the Workshop room in the same Building. Lunch will be organized for everyone by the organization in the canteen “Mensa Fuoricontesto” (3 in the map A). Social Dinners will be organized in the Veranda of Insubria University (2 in the map A).

LODGING The organization have reserved a special price at Hotel Ungheria (4 in map A; www.hotelungheria.it) (74€ for a single room and 85€ for a double room, both including breakfast, wi-fi and parking). Many other hotels or bed and breakfast can be found in the center or close the Workshop venue.

REGISTRATION For all the attendants (including also the pre-registered people), please submit the abstract according the template to mauro.guglielmin@uninsubria.it before 1st June 2017, and provide the payment according the specifications reported below. For those who did not pre-register, please send also the Pre-registration form attached to mauro.guglielmin@uninsubria.it before 1st June 2017.

FEES The fee for the workshop is 100€ and it includes 2 lunch, 2 social dinners, 4 coffee breaks. It is also possible to pay a reduced FEE of 30€ if you do not want to participate to the social dinners. Travel Info

The closest airport to Varese Milan Malpensa Airport (7 in Map B), where all the main national air companies and some low cost companies (i.e. Easy Jet) operate. The distance between Varese and Malpensa Airport is ca. 40Km. Public transportation from Malpensa airport to Varese is by train (R21 to Busto Arsizio and then S5 to Varese Railway station, 6 in the map B) and the transfer has a duration of 1h and 5 min. If you rent a car You can reach Varese from the airport in 40-45 min.

Abstract Submission Abstracts should be submitted before 1st June 2017 according to the template attached to the following mail address: mauro.guglielmin@uninsubria.it The Scientific Committee will comunicate the abstract acceptance as poster or oral before 15th June.

Grants SCAR SGG and PRNA will provide several grants of a) 750€ for extra European countries and b) 400€ for European countries. Candidates are invited to send their CV and their abstract before the above mentioned deadline. The Scientific Commitee is composed by Mauro Guglielmin, Goncalo Vieira, Megan Balks.
