Souvla offers Greek style sandwiches and salads, where the meat is cooked on a vertical rotisserie. A secret dish is the “dirty” fries where they make a gravy from the drippings of their meat, chickens on top, followed by beef, then lamb. They also make their own Greek yogurt in-house with fresh fruit and honey toppings.
ZUNI CAFE
20 years after it first opened, Zuni Cafe is still a favorite of San Francisco locals and my favorite romantic dinner spot. The bar is a great spot to grab an expertly made cocktail while waiting for a table. Of course, the famous brick chicken is worth the advetised wait, made for each guest 45 minutes after ordered.
SMITTEN
This is simply the best all natural ice-cream in San Francisco! The secret ingredient in this fabulous made to order ice-cream is nitrogen. My favorite combination is salted carmel with pretzel.

OKTOBERFEST 2015 runs September 19th through October 4th in Munich, Germany. Breweries fill stalls at 14 huge tents for revellers to get their fill of German beers and Hofbrau cuisine favorites.

TRICK DOG in San Francisco’s Mission district ellaborates on the concept of bar food as innovation. They also serve some of the best and most interesting cocktails in the Bay Area. The creative menu is redesigned every six months and has included delicious takes on the trendy kale salad and a hamburger shaped like a hot dog as well as specialty drinks like the milk punch cocktail.
