• VANS GYPSUM is a manufacturer of glass re-enforced Gypsum ceiling boards and importer of Gypsum products which includes wall plaster and Gypsum bond. We offer high-quality, eco-friendly gypsum products for commercial as well as residential institutions.

• Our range of ceiling boards was earlier manufactured and patented by a UK-based company called GSP Ceilings which had been of international repute with over 40 years of experience in the industry and its products were exported to over 30 countries across the globe. This company was taken over by VANS and post-acquisition, migrated the manufacturing process to our plant at Khopoli.

VANS GYPLAST

• VANS GYPLAST is a pure gypsum-based plaster suitable for internal plastering for walls, ceilings and partitions constructed with brick, block and concrete. It consists essentially of pure gypsum hemihydrates formulated with special additive to control application and setting characteristics. It contains pure gypsum in natural form, free from all impurities. It gives plaster an unmatched workability because of its smoothness, coverage and ease of application. When dried, it provides a super white, smooth and fine finish. VANS Gyplast adheres to standard BS 2547, Part II 1976.

VANS GYPLAST Features

• Single-coat application, can be directly applied

• High coverage up to 92 m2/t

• Enhanced light reflection, imparting true color tone and gloss for paint

• Compatible with any type of paint

• Mixing ratio - 1:1.25 (gypsum powder and water ratio by volume)

• Thickness can go up to 32 mm for walls and 10 mm for ceiling
