The Vancouver Spine Care Centre has its own x-ray lab for immediate imaging of your skeletal condition. If more detailed imaging is needed (such as CT or MRI scans), we have access to state of the art equipment at nearby private facilities.

Scans and x-rays help the doctors see inside you in order to diagnose your condition and determine the most appropriate form of care you will need.

The doctors have extensive training in performing special diagnostic tests of your condition. These may include; computerized gait scans, orthopedic and neurological testing, postural assessment, and motion palpation examination of the joints and muscles.

Pain, weakness, numbness, tingling, spasm indicate nerve irritation and may be coming from conditions of the spine.

We utilize skillful manipulative procedures of the spinal vertebrae to decompress the joints, discs and nerves. Specialized tables and equipment are used to assist us and to help make your treatment as comfortable and safe as possible.

We use pain management modalities such as Low Level Laser and Galvanic Current to help speed up the healing process. Home therapy includes recommendations on nutritional supplementation for proper bone, joint and nerve health. We design rehab, preventive and postural exercise to help your condition now and in the future.

We are a Footmaxx® certified clinic which uses computerized gait analysis to measure for corrective orthotics.

The doctors of the Vancouver Spine Care Centre have been in full time practice for over 28 years. Active in

Dr. Greenwood and Hunter are the founders of the Vancouver Spine Care Centre and have invested a great deal of time and resources to provide you with a comfortable modern office for your care.
