There are reports on thrombosis and degenera.on of transcatheter heart valves (THV) in na.ve valve posi.on. This can also be an issue for the VIV/R procedures. We report one valve thrombosis and one THV degenera.on in mitral VIR PaAent 1 PaAent 2 Valve thrombosis Follow upfollowint sc.lysis and three months of coumadine INR 3-3.5 Follow up at 5 years gradient of 16mmHg At 4 years follow up only gradient of 6mmHg Now highly symptoma.c Procedure of VIV planned PaAent 2 PaAent 1
