Annexure IIContract Riders

1. Rate Contract shall be valid for a period of one Year. RO shall be

placed as per the requirement of TPDDL. RO shall be placed only after

Drawing/GTP/Sample Approval.

2. Scope of Work shall include design, engineering, manufacturing, shop

testing at manufacturers works before dispatch, packing, loading,

transportation, transit insurance and unloading at TPDDL stores/site of

1-Ph Static Energy Meters.

3. BA shall submit the sample after receipt of RC as per the undertaking

given during technical evaluation.

4. Material to be delivered within 45 days from the placement of Release

Order.

5. Payment shall be as per the GCC-Supply CEO-GEN-04, Rev No.15).

6. Guarantee Period shall be 60 months from the date of commissioning or

66 month from the date of supply, whichever is earlier.

7. Meter S. No. Shall be getting approved from TPDDL before mass

manufacturing.

8. Duplication of meter S. No / Mismatch of S. No. between main &

individual cartons will be penalized suitably as per TPDDL's discretion.

9. BCS/related software for data download/upload shall be supplied along

with the consignment. The same shall be made available to Meter

Management Group/Enforcement Assessment Cell. Training for using the BCS

shall be provided as and when required by TPDDL.

10. TPDDL shall short close the order in case of any quality issues.

11. TPDDL reserve the right to select at random sample from any of the

lots offered for final inspection and send for any or all of the types

tests specified in TPDDL specs to CPRI or ERDA. Failure in the type

tests shall make the whole lot liable to be rejected and fresh lots are

to be offered for inspection. Any delay in delivery and additional cost

for further type testing shall be accountable to the bidder.

12. Replacement of Faulty meters: As and when faulty meters are reported

by field, same to be lifted by vendor from MMG lab within a week of

information from contract /MMG and return by rectifying /implementing

the faulty meters within 4 weeks from lifting of meters along with

routine test report and CAPA.

13. TPDDL reserve the right to carried out inspection for repaired meter
