Apparel Industries focusing in developing entry and growth strategies for international brands (Calvin Klein, Ives Saint Laurent, Pierre Cardin and Oshkosh B’gosh) in the Brazilian market.

She was the Marketing Manager for Dillard’s – one of the top department store in Brazil being responsible for the management of marketing and sales (apparel, shoes and accessories), Managing Director for the Brazilian market for Polo Ralph Lauren where she was responsible for defining the company’s entry strategy including retail start-ups & implementation.

She is Advisory Consultant for Valor Luxury Lab, which is a luxury consulting company that offers retail strategy for brands such as, Emilio Pucci, Kenzo, Perry Ellis Intl, Nautica Intl, Lacoste, Richards

Undergraduate degree in Business Administration (Luzwell-Brazil), and post-Graduate degree in Retail.

Business Strategy development for Polo Ralph Lauren’s international brand launch in Brazil including marketing, sales, sourcing and financial plans. Star-up project and business management for Sao Paulo Alpargatas S.A. Country Licensee. The company was able to grow an existing product line by 93% compared to the previous year, and capture 25% market share with a new product launch after the initial 3 months.

Structuring of a start-up project, which encompassed market assessment, opportunity identification, positioning & product offering specification, manufacturing & sourcing selection, and partnership agreements, to launch a apparel brand Oshkosh B’gosh in the brazilian market.

Structuring of a new concept - “shop-in-shop” - to launch a portfolio of premium and luxury brands inside Dillard’s Department Store in Brazil. Responsible for brands and sourcing selection, negotiations, partnership agreements, shop format and product line selection to launch the new concept in the Brazilian market.

Entry investment project in Brazil for Nautica Intl. The project evaluated the competitive and regulatory environment, distribution channel structure, consumer trends and starting relationship with investors’ community in Brazil;
