    Job Description

    Handle the entire sales team, set targets, supervise and oversee daily reports. Conduct regular staff meetings. Should handle big projects (hotels, hospitals and housing) Implement and manage sales plan for each financial year. Conduct corporate event such as dealer meet and plumber meet as per requirement. Follow up on sales order, dispatches from the company depot and payments. Oversee that the inventory management is consistent with sales, cash flow and targets. Resolve important dealer complaints and service problems. Ensure sales targets are met by each employee, dealer and plumber.Other requirements
