Where can I find information about resort destinations?

Begin by reviewing the collection of resorts featured in this brochure. Our VIP Reservation Agents are also great resources and can be reached by calling 866-836-4482 (U.S. and Canada), +1-407-722-3400 (worldwide) or via email at vipinfo@hgvc.com.

How far in advance should I request a vacation?

The sooner the better! Reservations for accommodations are available upon membership activation, generally 21 days after your VIP purchase. As a rule, holiday and summer vacations require more advance planning than other seasons. Start planning up to nine months prior to your preferred check-in date.

GETTING STARTED ... VACATION PLANNING

How can I redeem my VIP points?

With your VIP membership, you choose how to use your allotment of VIP points to best fit your vacation style. VIP reservations require a three-night minimum resort stay with a maximum of two separate reservations using VIP points. A maximum of seven nights is permitted per VIP membership in all destinations, except in New York, where a maximum of five nights is permitted per VIP membership.

ReservationsReservations at Hilton Grand Vacations Club affiliated resorts are determined by VIP point values that take into consideration the resort location, the season the vacation time falls within, the size of the accommodations, and the duration of the stay. Please be aware that there is a three-night minimum stay required at participating resorts in Orlando, Las Vegas, South Carolina, Washington, D.C. and Hawaii and a maximum of seven nights is permitted per VIP membership. New York reservations may be one five-night stay or two separate reservations of three nights and two nights with a total of five nights completing the VIP membership. A second reservation based on VIP point availability can only be confirmed after the first reservation is completed. A reservation check-in date must occur prior to the expiration of the 18-month program. Extensions are not available with VIP membership. All VIP usage is subject to the Terms and Conditions stated on your VIP Purchase Agreement.

VIP Member in Good StandingIf the purchase price of the VIP Membership is paid in installments, purchaser agrees to make all required monthly payments when due, and payment in full is required 30 days prior to the first reservation check-in date. Reservations will be canceled or postponed to a future date if the VIP membership is not paid-in-full 30 days prior to check-in. If the VIP membership is paid-in-full at the time of purchase, travel may begin after the account is established, which may take approximately 21 days.
