Purpose

The purpose of this document is to take you through steps involved during

monitoring of the IDeaS V5i software through Index pages.

The Subscriber Index pages have the following columns:

» Property Name: The name of the property

» Ext (Extract): This column represents the latest extracts which are

uploaded.

» Arc (Archive): The extracts which are uploaded on a daily basis are first

received into the “Ext” folder and then moves to the “Arc” (Archive)

folder.

» Logs: This column consists of logs which are created on the client PC

during extract creation and decision upload.

» Cfg (Configurations): This column consists of configuration files such

as setup.properties, subscriber.properties and accountID.properties.

» Env (Environment): This column has the Environment.parameters filewhich has the information like the name of the PC and the IP address of

the PC.

» Dec (Decisions): This column consists of the decision files which are

created after the processing of the extract on the IDeaS ASP server.

» Earliest Extract: This represents the first extract created and which was

uploaded successfully from the property.

» Most Recent Extract: This represents the latest extract from received

from the property.

» AAT: This represents Actual Arrival Time (CST).

On the index page, the properties whose extract is already received, the

AAT column for particular property is green.

The properties for which the extract is yet to be received or the extract is

not received due to failure, are either yellow or red in color.

Yellow color represents previous day extract and the red color represents

the extract is two or more days old.

The properties configured on this index page are Morgan and Sol Melia

This index page consists of the following columns :

» Property Name: The name of the property

» Files: This column represents the extracts received by the third part

vendor

» Results: This column represents the acknowledgement received once

the decision file is uploaded successfully

» To CRS: This column consists of the recommendation (decision) files

which are created after the processing of the extract and these decision

files are picked up by the third party vendor.

» Earliest Extract: This column represents the first extract received from

the property.

» Most Recent Extract: This column represents the latest extract receivedfrom the property

» AAT: This represents Actual Arrival Time (CST)

On the index page, the properties whose extract is already received, the

AAT column for particular property is green.
