Unites States of America I acknowledge safe receipt of the two letters dated 2 6 th March 2004 from Methane x and the United States regarding their respective non-objection to and acceptance o f the "amici" applications, namely the two applications for leave to file a non - disputing submission made by International Institute for Sustainable Developmen t and Bluewater Network and both dated 9 th March 2004 . In the circumstances, the Tribunal allows both applications and intends to make further orders regarding the Disputing Parties' responses to these submissions . The original time-table has however slipped a little (from last Friday to today, Tuesday) ; and before confirming the response-date of 230 April or re-fixing new dates, the Tribunal would welcome as soon as practicable further scheduling comments from the Disputing Parties, especially Methanex which may bear the greater burden . For the time being, however, the deadline should not be assumed to extend beyond 30t h April 2004 .
