Creating Your Authentic Day

Vibrancy Protocol

1) With your R (right) hand on the Yellow Crystal area (right low back,

sacro-illiac joint) and L (left) hand on the Lavender area (rear heart

chakra), SING these affirmations 7x:

I follow my heart’s desire.

I creatively design my life.

I complete what I start.

Follow with 3 or more exhale blows.

2) Put your R hand on the Plum area (mid back, behind your

diaphragm), and L hand on the Yellow Crystal area.

Make these sounds 10x:

HO, NNN, VUH

Follow with 3 or more exhale blows.

3) Same as step one, except SAY the affirmations, 7x.

4) Take 7 drops each of the 3 Vibrancy Essences: Authenticity/Lavender

Imagine/Yellow Crystal

Accountability/Plum (a.k.a. Completion)

Recommendation: Do this practice for 21 days. Rate yourself before

and after on the individual Powers and/or your overall sense of

being able to create and follow through on your authentic goals.

Ingredients used in Vibrancy Essences

These powerful elixirs synergistically combine flower and gem essences with

light-infused water. They are formulated to activate your consciousness through

awakening the specific gifts inherent to each Power.

Each Vibrancy Essence has:

Light-Frequency-Infused Water

This is the foundational ingredient, not found in other types of

essences. Using a highly specialized instrument and a

proprietary process, distilled water is infused with the light
