• Guests of V Integrated Wellness must be at least 16 years of age for the user

of the fitness facilities, and spa treatments. Spa services are available for guests

under 16 with parental supervision.

• To ensure a healthy atmosphere for our guest, V Integrated Wellness is a non-

smoking environment.

• Whether it’s the amount of massage pressure, the volume or selection of music,

please feel free to share with your therapist; we want you to enjoy to the fullest.

Demand for our spa services is high. We recommend making spa reservations in

advance to assure preferred times, although we are happy to accommodate early

birds and night owls. To enable us to nurture you, dial extension number 591 for

• For the optimal spa experience, we recommend that you arrive at least 15

minutes prior to your scheduled appointment times so that you may relax and

allow yourself ample time to check-in, and change into the provided spa robe

and slippers.

• We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including

clothing and accessories. Please refrain from bringing valuables to the spa.

• You will be asked to complete a brief profile at the time of your first visit. Please

advise us ahead of time of any special medical conditions, pregnancy or

allergies, as certain treatments are not recommended.

If you need to cancel your spa appointment, please call at least 12 hours prior

to the appointment time, otherwise full charges will apply. If you are running

late, a phone call is always appreciated. We will reschedule your appointment if

possible. If we are not able to reschedule another appointment time, your services

your treatment time, which will end as scheduled, so the next guest may begin

Traditional Thai massage is an ancient system of healing with its roots in yoga.

It fluidly incorporates deep stretches, rhythmic, gentle rocking movements,

acupressure at specific points in the body, twists, assisted stretches and mediation

to relax and revitalize body and mind. This is a holistic therapy and works on the

muscles, skeleton and also the internal energy within the body which is considered

important in Eastern philosophies. It is a traditional treatment for relieving stress

Power YogaThis is a challenging class, an eclectic mix of traditional

yoga poses linked together by the breath and principles of

alignment. It is the ultimate strength combination.

Hatha YogaThe most ancient form of yoga and one of the most practiced.

Classes include the traditional asanas, breathing exercises,

stretching and relaxation.

Body FlowThis class focuses on total body stretch and lengthening of

muscles while incorporating basic Pilates & Yoga moves using

Multi Roller & Resistance Band. For everyone who needs a

stretch and total relaxation of the mind and body.

Ball BalanceExercise routines on a ball using basic principles of Yoga and

Pilates. Performing exercises on an unstable base of support

engages deep stabilizing muscles to maintain body position,

increasing workout efficiency and delivering faster results, all

while expanding workout options.

Personal Training SessionsOur personal trainers will provide you with a variety of one-

on-one workouts tailored to your specific personal fitness

goals. Whether it is muscle gain, fat loss, flexibility, toning,

cardiovascular conditioning, nutrition or all of the above,

personal training can work for you.

Dorothy Ang is a fitness instructor, yoga guru

InstructorJulien Levy is a Master of Law graduate and

has worked as a spa therapist at a number of

luxury spas in Paris, France, including Four

Seasons George V, Park Hyatt and Hotel

Costes. He has also worked in the management area at

the buddha-bar spa at the Hilton Evian in France. He has

travelled extensively to India, China, Sri Lanka and Indonesia

and studied under yoga and martial arts masters including

Gerard Arnaud, Duncan Wong, Shiva Rea and Dominique

Lonchant. Most recently, Levy founded Kalya, a centre for

traditional arts of wellness in Thonon-les-Bains, France and

Geneva.
