All providers who wish to offer courses with an Bildungsgutschein (educational voucher) on behalf of the Agentur fuumlr Arbeit (employment agency) must first undergo a rigorous certification process in order to check the quality of the courses offered Only then are they included in the Agentur fuumlr Arbeitrsquos official list of course providers (Kursnet )
CareerFoundry has successfully completed this process in accordance with the guidelines set out by AZAV (Akkreditierungs- und Zulassungsverordnung ArbeitsfoumlrderungmdashAccreditation and Licensing Regulation for Employment Promotion) and as a TUumlV-certified educational provider is permitted to accept educational vouchers in accordance with AZAV since 2016

It is also a way for us to make sure that you are suitable for the course and that you are able to cope with the expected workload In order to pass the trial period you will be required to upload a certain number of exercises (specified in your contract) If by the end of the 10th working day you have submitted the first 6 exercises (full-time course) or the first 4 exercises (part-time course) you will have passed the trial period and will be fully enrolled on the course The course doesnrsquot officially start until the trial period has been passed If the required number of exercises are not submitted by the required date your enrollment in the course will be cancelled automatically

5 Job Preparation CourseOur Job Preparation course is included in your UX Design course for free and has been designed to help you with all aspects of finding a job in the field Once yoursquore halfway through the course you will be granted access to the Job Preparation course Yoursquoll also be assigned a career specialist who will help you strategize your job search evaluate your job applications advise on interview preparation and help you refine your LinkedIn profile and networking strategy
Yoursquoll work with your career specialist as you continue submitting course tasks and you can continue to work with them for up to one month after your UX Design course end date If you complete the Job Preparation course yoursquoll be entitled to continued career support for another six months after the course has ended

6 How does the course workThe course takes place entirely online and is project-based Rather than teaching videos and webinars yoursquoll have access to a personal user account populated with reading materials and supplemental learning aids Yoursquoll have 247 access to the learning platform and the platform itself will guide you through the course structure as you complete tasks We strongly recommend following a regular study schedule during the week but you are free to organize your time as you like Yoursquoll be supported by your tutor and mentor throughout the course Theyrsquoll review and approve your submitted project work providing rapid and extensive feedback
There is no final exam the course is counted as complete once all the exercises have been reviewed and approved by your tutor and mentor You will be able to download your certificate of completion directly from the dashboard

6 How does the course workThe course takes place entirely online and is project-based Rather than teaching videos and webinars yoursquoll have access to a personal user account populated with reading materials and supplemental learning aids Yoursquoll have 247 access to the learning platform and the platform itself will guide you through the course structure as you complete tasks We strongly recommend following a regular study schedule during the week but you are free to organize your time as you like Yoursquoll be supported by your tutor and mentor throughout the course Theyrsquoll review and approve your submitted project work providing rapid and extensive feedback
There is no final exam the course is counted as complete once all the exercises have been reviewed and approved by your tutor and mentor You will be able to download your certificate of completion directly from the dashboard
