About Contact and Account Compact View

We've cleverly redesigned multiple fields into one, so that, at a glance, you'll see the last time youtouched a prospect, what sales opportunities they're involved with, their running feed activity (Whatare they up to?) and a handy activity box.

The compact view is logically divided into three main parts:

A List of all your contacts and accounts on the left.

Account or Contact detailed information (i.e. an overview of all data related to that Account orContact.)

Account or Contact feed consisting of the latest emails, social CRM updates, or internal messages.

How to Switch to the Compact View

Pipeliner CRM enables you to use the following four views on your data in the "Accounts Contacts":

Compact View

Middle View

Small View

In order to change the view you are using, click the icon either within the Accounts or Contactsview:

Pipeliner CRM remembers the last selected view.

Rich Contact Management View with Pipeliner CRM

Pipeliner CRM provides a fully integrated approach for contact management to tracking all of theinformation and communication activities linked to your Contacts. It enables users to easily storeand find Contact information, related sales documents, and associated activities.

A.) Using List View

Easily switch between Contacts using the Contacts list.

Use the alphabetic to filter Contacts.

Within the Card

Open related Account.

Make it a Favorite.

Write an email.

Open related social media profiles.

Use last contacted date.

The last contacted date is calculated according to the latest end-date of the appointment or the lastemail when using Pipeliner CRM Gmail Integration or Pipeliner CRM IMAP integration.

Under the Card

Open Leads - Showing by default up to five of your last edited Leads with the possibility to drill downto see them all.

Open Opportunities - Showing by default up to five of your last edited Opportunities with thepossibility to drill down to see them all.

Business overview - An overview combining the most important data related to the Contact.

Activities - Showing the last 5 edited Activities with the possibility to drill down to see all Activities.

Documents - Showing the last 5 edited docs with the possibility to drill down to see all docs and files.

Colleagues - Showing the Xontacts assigned to the same Account as assigned to the selected one.

C.) Feed View

Shortcuts to create sales activities such as New Task, Lead, Opportunity, file or write a feedmessage.

Use feed view to get the latest updates related to the selected Contact.

Rich Account Management View with Pipeliner CRM
