1. For over a decade OER movement has opened up quality education opportunities for different types of learners around the world.
2. OER has many benefits for blended learning environments including building content, provide learners with diversity of learning resource, and expand their knowledge base.
3. Majority of OER users are from HEI.4. Students and teachers can play a
significant role in OER movement.
