A. Definition of Uterine Rupture

Uterine rupture is a tear or diskontinuita wall of the uterus due to tensile dilampauinya miomentrium. Uterine rupture is a rupture of the uterine wall during pregnancy or in childbirth with or without tearing perioneum visceral.

B. Etiology of Uterine Rupture

1. History of surgery on the uterine fundus or corpus

C. Clinical Signs and Symptoms of Uterine Rupture

• Sharp pain, which greatly lower abdominal contraction while superb peaked.

• Vaginal bleeding (in small amounts or hemorrhage)• There are signs and symptoms of shock, increased pulse rate, decreased

blood pressure and shortness of breath (shortness)• There may be vomiting• Increased tenderness throughout the abdomen• Severe pain in the suprapubic• Hypotonic uterine contractions• The development of labor decreases • Feeling faint• Hematuria (blood urine sometimes)• Progressive signs of shock

G. Management of Uterine Rupture

The first action is to combat shock, improving the general state of the patient by administering intravenous fluids and blood transfusion, kardiotinika, antibiotics, etc.. When you start a good general condition, the next action is to laparotomy with action type of surgery
