Benefits – Health Reimbursement Plan
To help our employees cover the cost of healthcare premiums and to give them the flexibility of choosing the program that best suites their needs, UTech offers a monthly reimbursement of $250 after the employee has reached 90 days of employment.
This $250 must be used for the reimbursement of health care premiums and is administered using a Section 105 limited-purpose Healthcare Reimbursement Plan (HRP).

Benefits – Paid Time Off (PTO)
UTech offers a flexible way for employees to manage their time off. Employees accumulate time off which can be used for vacation, sick or personal leave. Employees begin accumulating PTO after 90 days of employment.

Benefits – Incentive Program
Earn an additional $10k! Through UTech’s incentive program employees can earn a bonus of up to $10,000 annually.
Every employee is guaranteed a $1,000 annual bonus if UTech meets its annual goals! But, why stop there? Employees can add to their bonus by meeting the criteria designated within the program.
HRP + Incentive Program = $12,000By combining the HRP with the incentive program an employee has the potential of earning an additional $12,000 a year. Don’t forget the HRP is automatic after 90 days of employment! That’s a guaranteed $3,000 annually (based on receiving 12 months of HRP)!
