• Our client needed to implement the Lawson Absence Management component of the 9.0 environment to take advantage of the flexibility in plan structure and exception management over their old time accrual system.

• The client also wanted to save time and effort with the ability to setup and maintain a single time off plan for all types of employees, with employee group-specific rules governing accruals.
