• ANNULUS PRESSURE in well casings is developed in Venezuela sincefifteen years ago.

• In 2006, 2009, 2013 papers were published related to annuluspressurization in Work Shops PCP, WHOC, SPE

• Based in this principle, equipment and software have been developed tocontrol casing pressure in Oil Wells, originating patents for the technicalapplication.

• SOE is being developed in El Tigre with engineers and technical expertswith experience of more than twenty years in Oil Well optimization. Theseengineers and technicians have dealt with design of equipment similar toSOE and the development of PCPOS (Progressive Cavity OptimizationSystem), which is already patented.

INTRODUCTION


SOE (Sistema Optimizador Experto) isautomatic diagnostic equipment thatadjusts casing pressure in order toestablish optimum pressure points thatprovide larger amounts of production,reducing water cut and gas of the fluidthat enters the pump.With this control action net oilproduction is increased, improvingpump efficiency and positive control ofwater frontThe SOE Software utilizes expertsystems to control water eruptionand/or gas to improve petroleum flowfrom the ground down.

FUNCTIONING


Net increment crude production.
