Compensation- Direct Cash Benefits…• 1. Fixed Percentage on Business Volume

- Business Partner would be paid 40 % of total Business earned.

2. Client activation allowance

Business partner would be paid a variable fees of 5 % on the total Income earned on activation of every client.

3. Client Activation Bonus

- Business Partner would be paid a Variable Fees of 5 % on the total Income earned on activation of at least Business of Rs. 10000.00 in a months.

4. Business Incentive

– Business Partner would be paid a Variable Fees of 10 % on the total Income earned on activation of at least business of Rs. 20000.00 in a months.

Ex- On the activation of Business of Rs. 50,000, Business Partner will earned-

Rs. 20,000 + 1,000+ 1,000 + 2,000 = Rs. 24000.00
