I Will Pray For… Craft

Bible Truth: Prayer is a gift that we’re given to serve others, and it is powerful!

Bible Story: Jesus prays over His disciples.

Memory Verse: “Each of you has received a gift in order to serve others. You should

use it faithfully.” 1 Peter 4:10

This craft helps teach children about the gift of prayer! Supplies: • The prayer hands printout

• Markers or crayons

• Fun stickers (optional)

Instructions:

1. Either you or you child (if they are able to) cut out the prayer hands, along the

solid black line. Do not cut the dotted line down the middle.

2. Fold the hands down the middle along the dotted line.

3. Have the kids write on each finger someone or something they want to pray for.

This can be anything such as family, friends, their teachers, etc.
