PROBLEM STATEMENT

Numerous projects are implemented around the globe nowadays. Some of them are successful, but others fail due to variety of reasons.

Page 3: Using supersystems in Project Management

WHY USING THEORIES

The vast majority of the projects oriented at economical field (except those carried out for charity and likewise reasons) use the final income as the basic evaluation criteria. In short, the question they ask is how profitable is a specific project.

concrete numbers derived from particular formulas!

SUPERSYSTEMS THEORY

One of the theories vastly relying on the mathematical basement is the Theory of Supersystems.

Supersystem Elements Standart SystemVS

SYPERSYSTEMS THEORYThe Supersystem consists of the multitude of elements which are similar to each other.

Those elements are able to perform:

- probable memorization of the information that went through them;- probable transmission of information to other elements. The processes in Supersystems are developed as in direct so in inverse/counter reflections.

The behavior of the elements is defined according to their internal information condition.

It maybe assumed that:

- each element is self-ruling on the basis of the information placed in its memory;

- each can be ruled from the outside (as long as each allows the information to proceed in its memory)

- each element is able to rule the other element (because every element can pass the information to the other element)

INFORMATION CIRCULAR TRANSMISSION

The circular transmission of the information is based on some statistical features. The circulation of the information contains the changes of the information in memory determined by the probability in the abundance of elements, the supersystem also causes the changes of the statistical features in self-ruling.

STRUCTURAL WAY OF MANAGEMENT

There are structural and nonstructural ways of management in general management theory.

The structural ways are:- the structure is formed before the management;- the basis and the architecture of the elements is not changing;- the information is spread on the element, in a specific direction.

Page 8: Using supersystems in Project Management

NONSTRUCTURAL WAY OF MANAGEMENT

The structure is not formed directly before the management but by the probability during the management process by the help of unallocated circulated information transmission.

The nonstructural management is one using statistical features of mass events.

RESEARCH THE TENDENCIES

Before implanting any kind of project one should research the tendencies in the society/country.If the current tendency is accurately studied then there’s a big probability of the project to be successful and vice versa.

AUTO-SYNCHRONIZATION EFFECT

The auto-synchronisation effect may be reached by:- the combination of elements to at least partly have identical information;- the elements to be placed in an environment where the circulation/transmission of information is possible;- high performance of fast reaction of the elements when the information is transmitted.

INSTALL THEORY INTO PROJECT

The successful implementation of the project should be backed by the transmission of the specially developed information modules to the elements which create the system. After this, the elements are empowered by the help of nonstructural management. The elements also pas to each other information by the help of nonstructural management method.

STATISTICS AND PROJECT MANAGER

If judging according to the management theory the receipt and cultivation of this data is a feedback to the process happening. feedback helps the managers/group of managers to control and manage project/s in accordance to the statistical data tendencies.
