To evaluate patient satisfaction with the Emergency Department.
Help the docter to reach with in the golden hours of the patient witout wasting time.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
Doctors are urgently required in the ED for critically ill patients
There is various ways to inform the doctors regarding the patients condition in ED
This interaction is very important in nature for patient safety and care
SMS is a new communication way in hospital for critical call and consult request to the doctor
