In order to use it safely
◆ An AnyWire system is not a thing having a control function aimed for safe security. ◆ When as follows, while having care special about safety measures which
had a margin to rating and a function and to be used, such as a way and fail-safe, carried out, please consult to our company.
(1) The use for which high safety is needed - The use it is predicted to be to have big influence to a human life or

CAUTION !!!!
WARNING !!!!
WARNING !!!!
ii
◆ Be sure not to turn on the 24V power before completing wiring and connecting in AnyWire System.
◆ Use a regulated power supply of 24V DC. Non-regulated power supply may cause a trouble to the system.
◆ Keep transmission cables and I/O cables away from high-voltage and power cables, though the AnyWire System has high noise margin.
◆ Be careful not to allow metal bits into the unit, the connectors or the terminal blocks, especially when wiring.
◆ Mis-wiring may cause failure. Consider the length and installation of cable wiring to keep connectors and cables from disconnecting or excessive distortion.
◆ Never solder the stranded wire to be connected with the terminal block, otherwise causing a defective contact.
◆ In case of long cable length of power line along the transmission lines, large voltage drops will occur and may cause voltage shortage for the distant Slave Units. In that circumstance, connect the local power supply units so that the prescribed voltage is secured at each local Slave Unit.
◆ Be careful of the following items about installation environment. · No exposing directly to the sunlight and ambient temperature is 0 to +55 ˚C. · Operating relative humidity is 10 to 90 % and no dew condensation by sudden temperature change
· No corrosive or inflammable gases · No direct vibration or impact
◆ Fasten terminal screws securely to avoid malfunction. ◆ In case of storage of the product, keep away from high temperature and
high humidity. (Storage temperature is –20 to 75˚C.) ◆ When the emergency stop circuit or the interlock circuit for safety are
arranged, provide these circuits outside the AnyWire System.

1111 Target Machines
Here is the target machine in this guide.
AB023-C1L (Bit distributed I/O Terminal for CC-Link)
A027XB-02G2-P (Lever changed type POKAYOKETERMINAL)
AT0 (Terminator for AnyWire Bitty series)
1-2
1....AB023-C1L should be used as the CC-Link remote device station
(up to four stations occupied).
2....Use remote register for I/O.
3....Usable transmission signal (DP or DN) cables Use AnyWire dedicated flat cable(Anywire type: FK4-075-100 cable with a size of 0.75mm2/4 wires).
4....Transmission line and power supply
Do not attempt to combine multi-cabtyre cable. It may lead to a malfunction.
Power suppy (DC24V, 0V) to all 027XB-02G2-P and AB023-C1L should be used commonly.
Prepare an AnyWire-dedicated power supply (24-VDC stabilized power supply).
Volatage applied to AB023-C1L should be set within 24V - 27.6V. A measure of power supply capacity(W); [0.035(A)×A027XB-02G2-P number of connection units+0.2(A)]×1.3×24(V)
5....Transmission Distance
Total extension including a branch is up to 100 m.
6....Set to Transmission Speed Set to transmission speed is unnecessary. ( For more details of transmission delay time, refer to User’s Manual of
AB023-C1L)
7....Number of Connecting Units A total of A027XB-02G2-P can be connected 128 units to the AB023-C1L. However, it should be within the number of transmission points can select in four patterns. (it is related to occupied stations of CC-Link). Add AB023-C1L when using more than 128 units. .

refer to each CC-Link Master Manual.
When detaching “CC-Link side connectors”, check to see that the fixation screws on both ends are
loosened (unplugged from the sockets) before pulling them off.
The devices could be damaged if the connectors are forcedly pulled off while they are still locked.
When installing the device, check to see that there will be no short-circuits due to feasings or
cast-off of the wires and securely tighten the screws at the both ends. (Tightening torque 0.5N-m)
In the case where AB023-C1L is to be the end station, the terminal that is provided with the Master Unit must be attached in between DA and DB. This terminating resistance is needed in addition to the one that is inserted in between DA and DB of the Master Unit. The communication might not be successfully completed on the CC-Link side if not these terminals are not used.
Communication cables and terminal should be crimped together by ferrule. They should be
connected to connectors. Make sure that the cable is not loose and insert to the one terminal.
Otherwise, the cable may come off the connector.

7777 General Cautions about installation
Select the terminal board and connector according to the kinds of cables or purpose of usage. Check to see whether the core wire color for connecting the cable is correct. Do not reuse the connector that has been crimped once as this may lead to contact failure. Related devices should be turned off when:
- mounting devices or units - detaching devices such as Master units or slave units - setting or changing address - processing or connecting cables - connecting I/O devices, including sensors or actuators
Always cables in AnyWire System away from high-voltage and power cables. (recommended avoiding 100mm or longer)
Do not use cable with coiling as transmission condition may not be guaranteed.
* Do not use plural transmission Line (D, G) with many cable lines together. It has the possibility that the equipment operates faultily due to the cross talk when it is transmitted together.
G

G
D
D
* Set the diameter of the transmission line at more than 0.75 mm2. * Connect to DP or DN properly. * Be careful of the voltage drop by the cable. Equipment operates faultily due to the voltage drop. * A line to connect to the connector terminal isn't to do solder. A line causes a looseness contact defect

9999 Sho-haisen Bus Monitoring Function
Summary
AB027-C1L has a memory function to memorize the address of A027XB-02G2-P connected to
AB027-C1L to E2PROM. This memory information has been stored when power is turned off.
This memorized address is sent sequentially during operation. If there is no response from
A027XB-02G2-P, “ALM” LED indicates as disconnection. By using this function, it is possible to
disconnection detection if transmission line is branched.
Automatic Address Identification((((E))))
”Automatic Address Identification” is the operation to have the addresses
of connected Slave Units memorized in E2PROM.
Procedure
1. Check to see that all the Slave Units are properly operating.
2. Press “SET” Switch until the “SET” LED (orange) is lights up.
3. Address memorization is completed when the “SET” LED are flashing
(Flashing quickly) after it has lit for a while.
“Address automatic recognized order as following situations.
- When all A027XB-02G2-P are connecting and operating.
- When A027XB-02G2-P are added.
- When address of A027XB-02G2-P are deleted
- When address of A027XB-02G2-P are changed.
Input/Output might not be possible while Automatic Address Identification is in operation.
Operate Automatic Address Identification in the condition that will not interfere with the
operation of devices such as to stop the PLC Program execution, etc.
Automatic Address Identification does not operate when there are any errors of Sho-haisen Bus
or for approximately five seconds after tuning on the power or resetting the error status.
Do not operate address automatic recognition when disconnection error is occurred in operation.
The information of disconnection may be lost.
Monitoring operation
The addresses registered will be sent out one by one and when the response is not returned, it will be
displayed as disconnection by “ALM” LED.
This error information will be retained until the power is turned off or error status is reset.
(Refer to section “LED Indications”.)
