5 Recommendations Rebuild the web site as a portal to the

catalog and other tools, rather than a second catalog.

Improve III account experience. Improve search function across formats. Keep exploring and expanding reader

advisory opportunities. Reconsider content refresh intervals of

content for web team workflow.
