1. User Registration and Login / CCID generation For registering on Yuva cyber cell you need to follow following steps

Registration Process Part 11.1. Locate Login/Register Now Panel on the left side of the Home page

1.3. Fill all marked fields properly in order to proceed for the next step

1.4. After completing all the required fields click on submit.

1.5. OTP and a verification mail will be sent to your provided mobile number and mail ID.

1.6. Enter OTP in the provided field for your mobile number verification

Registration Process Part 2After successful completion of Part 1 enter all your details in Part 2 in order to com-plete registration process and to generate Unique CCID for your account.

1.8. Enter your Permanent address according to fields given (All fields are mandatory)

1.9. Enter your Local address according to fields given (If your Local address is same as Permanent click on ..)

1.10. Upload all required documents for verification (Documents can be uploaded in .JPEG and .PDF format only and having maximum 5 MB in size)

1.11. After successful submitting of your application, you will get application tracking ID on your provided Mobile number as well as on E-mail en-tered by you.

1.12. Further your application will go under processing from Yuva Cyber Cell verification team and the final status will be communicated to you via SMS or E-mail.

1.13. Approved application will be allotted unique CCID and communicated the same to applicant via SMS and E-mail.

3. Know your DashboardUser Dashboard is comprehensive and created with the simplicity of use. After suc-cessful login user will get complete dashboard view and access to its allotted user menus. You can see User dashboard layout in following screenshot. (This screenshot is for representation purpose actual screen will may differ as per the users credential and access given by Yuva Cyber Cell)

4. To Create New Complaint In order to create a complaint user need to follow these simple steps:

4.1. Locate New Complaint panel on dashboard

4.2. Click on New Complaint and fill complaint form (All fields are mandatory) and click submit

4.3. Upon submission of complaint form Request ID (same can be used to track complaint) will get generate and will be communicated with you via SMS and E-mail.

4.4. Yuva Cyber Cell expert will review your complaint and process further. (Processing of your complaint is subject to acceptance in review process by Yuva Cyber Cell internal criteria)

4.5. You will be communicated via SMS and E-mail about approval or disap-proval of your stated complaint.

4.6. After the resolution of complaint same will be communicated to you via SMS and E-mail and for further instructions/recommendation/redirection Yuva Cyber Cell expert will call you on your registered mobile number.

5. Track your complaint5.1. Locate Track your complaint box on dashboard

5.2. Enter your Request ID in box and click Track

5.3. You will notify with current status of your complaint on screen as well as via SMS and E-mail.
