IntroductionLearn Forward Software is an indigenous product developed by Digital Wing ofVidya Prakashan Mandir (P) Ltd.

As schools continue to realize the involvement of Computers, Tablets and SmartPhones for better learning in the classrooms and beyond the boundaries of theschools, Apps become one of the major trend in education.

The learners of today are different and digital learning is a key to students long-term success. Apps in schools can make students more interactive and activatebetter engagement between teachers and students.

Learn Forward is a Digital Learning Appavailable on Computers (web) andSmartphones for students, teachers, andparents. It is developed to support schooleducation with digital E-books, interactiveexercises, test generator, assessment andmany more for better understanding and alonger retention of the content

Demonstration of Learn Forward on WebAccessing and using the Learn Forward app on WEB is very Simple. For ease ofuse please follow the instructions below.

Step 1: Accessing the Digital Learning Platform: In order to access the learn forward, enteror type the following URL in the internet browser window: http://learnforward.in. As aguest you can access the flipbook by entering the token number given on the cover pageof the book, read the latest posts about the board exams and new trends in education andtake the demo of test generator, flipbook and interactive exercises.

Step 2: Create an account: Click on the top right corner on login and sign up as Student,Teacher or Parent.

Click on “Sign up” buttonto create new account.Complete all the requiredfields then click sign upbutton at bottom of thepage.

OTP Verification: An OTP willbe sent to users mobilenumber. For Registration,Please verify this OTP. Onceverified, click continue on thedigital platform which willtake you to the login page ofthe Learn Forward and youwill get a welcome email andmessage from LearnForward.

Step 3: Modules of Learn Forward after login

A. StudentAs a student you can access the modules given below:

1. Online Library : To create an online library after login you have to click on the Library -> AddBook option in menu bar. Enter the Token Number given on the cover page of the book andsubmit.

After submitting thetoken number yourcorresponding bookwill be added inyour online library.

You can access this libraryin future by clicking on theLibrary -> My Library in themenu bar.

2. Flip Book

Once you click, on any of the book available in your library the following tab and menuappears. A digital flipbook looks and feels exactly like a printed publication with pageswhich can be flipped and turned. You can read anytime, anywhere with our digitalFlipbooks.

3. Interactive Exercise

The next feature available is Interactive exercises which are a key to engagement. Thisfeature of Learn Forward is developed for a fun filled learning experience which makeslearning adaptive and retention higher in students.

On Clicking Interactive exercises, you can choose the topic you want to learn about andPractice the Interactive questions by talking to Uncle Tom.

UNCLE TOM is your study buddy who will help you in the learning process at Learn Forward.

4. Assessment

Evaluating yourself, once you have finished studying is equally important. Our Learn ForwardApp comes with this feature where a Student can assess themself by taking an assessmenttest.

After selection of the chapter the app willautomatically generate a test with instructions.Click the start button to take the test.

A timer will automatically start and all the questions will appear on the left panel so start yourtest by clicking on Question 1. Test will be automatically finished in the allocated time. If youfinish early, at the last question you will have a Finish Exam button to finish your exam.

Once the test will be finished its result in the graphical format is available on the home screen.

B. Faculty

As a faculty the following features of Learn Forward are available:

1. Online Library: As described in the students section above

As a Trainer, you will be required to create tests for your classrooms. We have simplified thisprocess for you. Go to My Library in the menu and then select the book you want to generate atest on. And, you will see this feature Test Generator of our Learn Forward App.

When you will click on TestGenerator you will be asked toinsert the Test Paper Name andsubmit it to create the new testpaper and this will also have alibrary in which you can see allthe previously generated testpapers with answer key todownload and update.

Steps To Generate Test Paper:

1. Click for School Name and update your school name.2. Click for Subject and update name of the subject.3. Click for session and update the academic session.4. Click for time and update the time.

5. Select the chapter and you can seeavailable questions of selectedchapter on the left section of thescreen.

6. Select the questions that you wantin your test paper and click on it, itwill be automatically added in yourtest paper on the right side of thescreen.

7. Enter the marks in front of the type of question like (Fill in the blanks) when you will enteryou can see Total Marks will be automatically updated on the Test Paper.

8. Click on Generate Paper button given in the bottom right corner and it will take you to theTest Generator library page and you can download the Test Paper and Answer Key for thesame. The test paper can

also be updated.

Demonstration of Learn Forward on Smart Phone

Step 1: Download Learn Forward app from google play store.

The Learn Forward app can also be easily accessed on the MOBILE PHONES. It isonly available on ANDROID as of now on Google Play Store. For ease of useplease follow the instructions below.

Once you have downloaded and installed the app click on the app icon to launch the app and follow the instructions.

Step 2: Click on “Add-on” icon and scan the QR code given on the book.

Step 3: Downloading of the book will start automatically. It will take some time depending on the internet speed.

Step 4: Offline Library: After downloading of the book, an offline library is created in the app and you can access the book from it.

Step 5: Click on the book to open it. Other features of the E-book are as follows: Flipbook, Audio Chapter, Interactive Exercises, Comment Box, Highlighter, Bookmark, Focus, and Jump

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)Q. I am unable to scan the QR code on Learn Forward app. What should I do?Ans. Clear your camera lens and check if it is still not working, then reinstall the app againfrom Play Store.

Q. My flip book is not opening on Learn Forward web. What should I do?Ans. Check your internet speed first if it is fine then close your browser and open it again.

Q. At the time of registration. I am not getting my OTP. What should I do ?Ans. Try it again and wait for a while it can be delayed because of poor mobile network. Ifyou don’t receive the code even after that then try it with different mobile number.

Q. I am unable to download the book in Android App. The downloading is not workingproperly. What should I do?Ans. It is because of slow Internet Connection so check it. Otherwise it may be possible thatyou have low space in your phone to store the book so delete some data in your phone forthe book.

Q. Can I take the demo of latest features of Learn Forward?Ans. Yes you can take it. Go to www.learnforward.in and click on Demo option in the menubar there you will see all the available products demo.

Q. What can I use without login on www.learnforward.in ?Ans. You can access your flip book by entering your token number on very first page of thewebsite. You can take demo of our latest products and you can also read the LatestUpdates regarding the boards, exams and new education trends.
