GUIDELINES FOR CONSUMER

Step1: Go to URL https://www.tnebltd.gov.in/usrp/ then click

Apply->Apply Online CFA

Step 2: Enter the name and consumer number and click ” validate ” button

Step 3: Enter the personal details

Step 4: Enter the Additional details

Step 5: Enter the Solar PV details

Step 6: Click the Vendor details, Select the Vendor and submit the application.

Step 7: Click Modify or submit in the Confirm details.

Step 8: After successful registration, print the acknowledgement for your future

reference.

Step 9: Make online Payment using the highlighted URL.

Issue the Work order

Save and print the Work order

Click the menu process ->Work

Status->update , to approve

work order

Login as Vendor

Click the menu process ->Work

Order download , to download

the work order

Click the menu process ->Work

Status->installation complete

and upload the files

TANGEDCO PROCESS FLOW

EE/O&M will transfer the application to AEE for feasibility

study.

AEE inspects the site and checks Transformer capacity etc

and confirm feasible / not feasible report to EE.

EE issues technical clearance to TEDA AE for further process.

Application moves to TANGEDCO AE for estimate preparation.

TEDA AE checks site and either notifies defects in the

Installation or accepts the installation.

TANGEDCO AE Prepares estimate for bi-directional meter and

submits for sanction.

Once plant readiness details date entered by TEDA AE,

application is moved to AEE for safety inspection & to TEDA for joint inspection.

After safety inspection issued by AEE / CEIG and joint

inspection by TEDA with consumer and vendor, TANGEDCO

AE fixes bi-directional meter in the site.

EE / Distribution clears for Subsidy.

Once the consumer has completed the payment through TANGEDCO portal, the application will move to concerned

EE / O&M for Technical feasibility.
