National Programme for Control of Blindness
Enter the URL http://npcbvi.gov.in in the browser. Click on” Hospital” under the Registration menu.
Step1.
Click on the ‘Registration’ link. Click here to register
Select New User or Registered User. In case of Registered User enter the already existing user id.
The details will be displayed. Click on “Add doctors”.
Click on “Save” button.
Upload all required documents and enter MOU validity date. Then click on next button and select
services provided.
Click “Final submit” button, an email is sent on the registered email id.
Step 2: After registration application is deemed approved (for already registered user) else application
is sent to DPM for approval.
After Approval from the DPM, user can create password and and register patients after log in.
