1. Connect USB port of USB cable with power adapter or the, and connect micro USB port with fast wireless charging pad, then the LED light will turn red. As shown below.

*Note: Using USB cable included in this package and Adapter/Power Source with 5V/2A is strongly recommended.

FAQ

1. Please keep the charging pad away from water or other liquid.

2. If you need to clean the charging pad, please make sure it is disconnected with power supply.

3. Do not put charging pad near the magnetic stripe or clip cards (ID card, bank cards, etc) to avoid magnetic failure.

4. This product is not suitable for any mobile device with metal plates, as it will cause extreme heat that may burn and/or damage the device.

1. What can I do when the phone cannot charge or charge slowly with fast wireless charging pad?

A. Place properly the center of the phone’s back on the center of the charging pad.

B. Remove any foreign materials between the fast wireless charging pad and the phone as they may make the device charge improperly.

C. Some kinds of back covers may also halt the wireless charging. Please check the back cover of your phone, or remove the back cover and then try to charge again.

D. When installing 3rd party wireless charging card, make sure it is installed correctly, and won’t create bubble to the cover to interfere with wireless charging.

2. How long will it normally take to charge fully using the wireless charger?Normally, it would take three hours to be fully charged. However, the actual charging time may vary depending on the device status and charging conditions.

3. Can I use a third-party back cover during wireless charging?

If your phone can charge normally in this case, it will not be a problem. Otherwise, please place your phone very closely to the charging pad in case that the protective phone case is too thick to prevent your phone from charging properly. If it still doesn’t work, please remove your phone case then charge again.

4. What can I do if the wireless charging pad is hot when charging?The wireless charging pad may be hot when charging because of the environment or device itself, which is normal and it will not affect the lifespan of the device.

5. How to deal with it when SumsangS8 and S8plus cannot fully charge?If the temperature is too hot, the phone will automatically stop charging when charging 70%-80%, which is very normal. This is the self-protection of the phone and your phone will not be damaged.

Anleitung1. Schließen Sie bitte zuerst den USB-Anschluss mit
