▪ Implementation of organization policies:1. By default, new member accounts associated with your master account

have all the permissions required for all cloud services. A denypolicy refuses the specified operations and permits all the otheroperations, while an allow policy refuses all operations and permits onlythe specified operations.

2. If a member account is associated with multiple deny policies, all thesepolicies take effect. However, if a member account is associated withmultiple allow policies, only the first allow policy authenticated by thesystem takes effect according to the implementation logic of allowpolicies. 2 Project Management

2.1 Application ScenariosYou can create enterprise projects based on the enterprise organization structure. Then you can manage resources across different regions by enterprise project, grant different permissions to user groups, and add them to enterprise projects. The following describes typical application scenarios of enterprise projects.

Scenarios Classified by BusinessIf an enterprise has multiple programs that need to be started or stoppedindependently without affecting each other, it can create an enterprise project foreach program for settlement and grant permissions to different persons tomanage resources of different programs.

For example, a game company launches multiple games, such as A, B, and C. Thecost of each game is calculated separately. Some games are popular and continueto operate. Others receive poor customer response and are discontinued after aperiod of time. In this case, the game company can register a HUAWEI CLOUDaccount and enable the enterprise project function. It can create an enterpriseproject for each game and set different user groups for these enterprise projects tomanage resources. Figure 2-1 shows the organization structure of the gamecompany, and Figure 2-2 shows the solution provided by HUAWEI CLOUD.

Figure 2-2 HUAWEI CLOUD solution

Scenarios Classified by Organization Structure and BusinessEnterprises can create enterprise projects and member accounts based on theorganization structure. The resources and networks of the member accounts areisolated from each other.

For example, an Internet enterprise needs to deploy the development environmentand production environment during software development. The former is used forAlpha, Beta, and Gamma tests, and the latter is used to calculate costs based onprograms (such as app program, mall program, and collaborative office program). The enterprise also requires that the two environments be isolated from eachother to prevent the development tests from affecting the cost accounting in theproduction environment. In this case, the Internet enterprise can register aHUAWEI CLOUD account and enable the enterprise master account function.Create member account 1 for the development environment and member account2 for the production environment and associate them with the enterprise masteraccount. Enable the enterprise project function and create enterprise projects A, B,and C for Alpha, Beta, and Gamma development environments, and then createenterprise projects D, E, and F for app program, mall program and collaborativeoffice program in the production environment. Set a user group for eachenterprise project to manage resources. Figure 2-3 shows the organizationstructure of the IT enterprise, and Figure 2-4 shows the solution provided byHUAWEI CLOUD.
