Migration Setup1. Create your accountVisit www.data2crm.com/migration/ and register your Data2CRM account. Provide your name, email and choose the password.

• Specify your Vtiger URL, select CRM Source type. • Then provide your URL, login and specify the access key*.

*Vtiger Open SourceTo get Vtiger access key, follow the instruction below:

Login to your Vtiger CRM.

Copy ‘Access Key’ and paste it in the migration wizard.

Go to ‘My preferences’.2

*Vtiger On DemandTo find out Vtiger On Demand access key, just follow steps below:

Login to your Vtiger CRM On Demand.

Copy ‘Access Key’ and paste it in the migration wizard.

Go to ‘My preferences’.2

Migration Setup3. Specify Target CRM URL Select your CRM type, in this case choose PipelineDeals and provide your API key.




Migration Setup4. Select Options and Start Demo

Check the boxes to activate the followingmigration options:

• Accounts• Contacts• Tasks• Opportunity• Leads

Now, start your Demo Migration.




Migration Setup5. Check Up Demo Migration Progress

Data2CRM moves up to 10 items of all specified modules for you to see how the service works.




Migration Setup6. Start Full CRM Migration

After accomplishment of your Demo, you will see the migrated records and price of your switch.

Also there is a grid button that allows you to change migration

options before setting up your full data transfer.

You'll receive an email notification as soon as

the migration is complete.
